Refer & Cash-ing

The campaign runs from 1 January – 31 December 2025.

The campaign is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above, including staff of UDA and its subsidiaries, except personnel under Regional Sales & Marketing.

No. You cannot refer yourself as the purchaser.

Yes, you may refer your family members, provided they are not employees of UDA or its subsidiaries, and not members of the UDA Board of Directors.

The campaign applies to selected UDA Property developments only. Please refer to the attachment or visit our website for the complete list of participating projects.

If two (2) or more introducers refer the same Potential Purchaser, the first Introducer who keys in the Referred Purchaser’s complete personal particular as required in the online form will be recognized as the Introducer of the said Referred Purchaser under this Refer & Cash-ing program.

A notification email will be sent upon successful submission of the online form.

A referral is deemed successful when the referred purchaser has:

1. SPA signed and stamped;
2. Loan Agreement signed and stamped and
3. Receipt 10% of cash payment of the Purchase Price
4. The SPA must be signed on or before 31 December 2025

Note:

1. Upon completion of the above, the Introducer will be notified.

The referral reward varies depending on the project, with a maximum of up to RM5,000.

Approximately 30 days from the completion of item in Q9.

• Ensure you have obtained the Referred Purchaser's consent to disclose their personal data (as per PDPA requirements).

The Refer & Cash-ing reward will be credited into your bank account.

Please check product eligible for the said campaign on UDA Property website. Please ensure that you have received the Referred Purchaser’s consent to disclose his/her personnel data as stipulated in the PDPA when your register. All referral must be before the Reservation Date. Any discrepancies on the date will not be entertained.
