Q1. What is the name of the campaign?

The campaign called Be Our Partner [BOP].

Q2. What is the duration of the campaign?

The campaign is for the period between January 2024 to July 2024.

Q3. Who is eligible?

The campaign is open to all Malaysian aged 18 and above, including UDA and its subsidiaries’ staff except Regional Sales and Marketing Personnel.

Q4. Can I introduce myself?

No, you cannot introduce yourself as the referred purchaser.

Q5. Can I introduce my family members?

Yes, you can. Provided your family members are not an employee of UDA and its subsidiaries or UDA Board of Director.

Q6. Which products are involved?

The campaign is only applicable for selected development undertaken by the Company and its subsidiaries only. Please refer attachment for full list of participating products.

Q7. What if two (2) introducers have the same referral?

If two (2) or more introducers refer the same Potential Purchaser, the first Introducer who keys in the Referred Purchaser’s complete personal particular as required in the online form will be recognized as the Introducer of the said Referred Purchaser under this BOP program.

Q8. How do I know my submission has gone through?

A notification email will be sent to you once submission is done.

Q9. When it considered successful?

SPA signed and stamped;
Loan Agreement signed and stamped and
Receipt 10% of cash payment of the Purchase Price
Item (1) above must be concluded by July 2024

Note:

Upon the completion of BOP claim form, the Company shall notify the Introducer of the successful Referred Purchaser.
The reward will be made payable by cheque or any mode suitable to the Company and shall not be exchangeable with any form of payment. Any request for a change of mode of payment shall not be entertained.

Q10. What BOP amount am I eligible for?

Successful BOP shall be rewarded an amount up to RM10,000. (Depends on project)

Q11. When am I expected to received my reward is successful?

Approximately 30 days from the completion of item in Q9.

Q12. It is taxable?

No.

Q13. How is the payment made?

The BOP reward will be credited into your bank account.

Q14. What should I do before refer?

Please check product eligible for the said campaign on UDA Property website. Please ensure that you have received the Referred Purchaser’s consent to disclose his/her personnel data as stipulated in the PDPA when your register. All referral must be before the Reservation Date. Any discrepancies on the date will not be entertained.

Q15. How can I register as BOP?

Interested parties must complete the registration process through the official UDA Property website at www.udaproperty.com.my .

Q16. Who will contact the person I introduced?

Our sales personnel from the relevant regions to which the product is located will contact them.

All Introducer is subjected to terms and conditions herein stipulated. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, UDA Property reserves the rights to change the terms and condition herein without prior notice whatsoever to any Introducer but all participants shall be bound to by such changes.

In the event of any dispute whatsoever, the decision by UDA Property shall be final conclusive and binding.
